忘れてる人も多いのでは無いかと思いタイトルにしてみた。
特にファンだったという記憶は無いが、中腰内股片手広げ系の歌い方
だったようなイメージがある。

　


さて、うちではコースの終わりらへん、ご飯をお出しするときに
ふりかけも一緒にお出ししている。

鰹のふりかけで、特徴は砂糖を使ってないこと。
甘は赤酒だけで入れている。
湯煎でゆっくり水分を飛ばしながらなので、
仕上がりまで大体７時間くらいかかる。

美味しいかどうかは主観なのでなんとも言えないが、
私は美味しいと思って調味している。

ただ、以前よりはご飯のおかわりが増えているので、
気に入って頂けてるのかも知れない。

で、このふりかけであるが、お帰りの際ご所望頂ければ
小袋でお土産としてお渡ししている。
翌朝食の時にでも、またうちを想い出して頂ければ。
などと姑息な考えが見え隠れしつつ(笑

しかし、お見えになる客様全部にお渡し出来るほどは、
数量が出来ないので、店頭ではアナウンスしていない。

お食事の際、特に気に入られたご様子だったときに、「もしよろしれれば…」
という風にお渡ししている。


これが、デジタルデバイドに当るのかわからないが、
数量があるかぎり、「ご所望頂ければお渡ししている。」なのである。
　


　
あ、これは保存料は使ってないので、というか使い方も知らないし、
使うつもりも無いので、早めのお召し上がりでお願いしている。

それと、販売はしてない。
この鰹は出汁を引くという一番の役目を終えたもので、
その後、調味と時間が加わりふりかけというものになっている。

一度、出汁という価値を生み出しているのだから、
またそれを使って商売をしようとは思わない。
