小柱とかあさりとかの、小さな貝はかき揚げにしますがね。

香りが持つのなら、蒸してフードプロセッサーにかけて、海苔でシンジョも良いと思うんですが。

匂いというか部位によっては少し酸味があります。
味はやはり独特なんで好みが出るかも知れません。

いろいろ形を変える料理も出来る事は出来ますが、
スライスして、酢物系でサッパリ頂くのが、この貝には一番合う様な気がします。
風味を楽しむ感じですね。
