同窓会向けに給食風メニューを企画してみることとなった。
しかし、給食をそのままお出しする訳にもいかないので、
その雰囲気を残しつつ、年月を経て舌の肥えた元生徒の皆様にも
残さず食べていただけるものをと思っている。
当時とは違い今や高級食材となってしまった鯨。時代は変わるものだと
値段を眺めながらため息が出たりする。
あと、これはいい思い出とは逆の感想が多いのであるが、やはり欠かせない
ものとして”スキムミルク”がある。
脂肪分を補えは牛乳になるのであろうか？
しかしそれではスキムだった意味が無いのではなかろうか？
メニューを練らなくてはいけない。
